Today I will show you all a self-propelled artillery piece of the Mubuntu Guerrilla and its construction process step by step.
As in other projects, it's based on a cheap Chinese toy that with a little imagination, becomes an useful tank ready for combat.

View of the toy that I took as a basis, as a curious detail, it included a trailer with some plastic soldiers and a weird green dog. I kept the trailer and its contents for use in future projects. Also removed the turret, which will be useful in future conversions.

First step: After removing the tank turret, I added a closed compartment ,made with cardboard and various bits and a new barrel from another toy and some details made with green stuff. For the design I was inspired by real vehicles such as the chinese PLZ07B type 122 mm or the Soviet Su-76.

Finished model: I painted the vehicle in the scheme of the Mubuntu vehicles, which base color is Desert Yellow (Vallejo) grooved in Olive Green Camouflage. After painting the base colours and details, did the muddy effect with various shades of brown, mainly through dry brush in Chocolate Brown and washes with diluted black paint to give it a dirty and unkempt looking.
